Giving Good Context — The Biggest Lever
Dramatically improve every answer by feeding the AI the real details of your situation.
The AI knows nothing about your business until you tell it.
- Context = the details only you have: prices, hours, your customer, your tone, the exact situation.
- Real detail in → sharp answer out. Vague in → generic mush out.
- Always feed it: what you sell, your numbers, who's asking, your goal, your limits.
- Rule of thumb: if a new hire would have to ask, the AI needs it spelled out too.
- Paste real stuff — an old email, your price list — don't just describe it.
In practice
Before you ask anything, paste your price list, your hours, and a couple of lines you've actually written — now the AI sounds like your business, not a stranger's.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
