Getting the Exact Format You Want
Control the shape of every answer — length, tone, lists, tables — so you get output you can use as-is.
The AI matches whatever shape you ask for. If you don't ask, you get a rambling paragraph you have to rework.
Name the format:
- Length: "under 100 words", "2 sentences", "one line"
- Shape: "3 bullets", "a table with columns X, Y, Z", "numbered steps"
- Tone: "friendly", "firm but polite", "plain, no jargon"
- Use: "a text I can send now", "a caption", "a review reply"
In practice
Ask for a to-do list from your notes as "5 bullets, each a single action verb" so you can actually work off it instead of re-reading a paragraph.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
