Explain the Fix Without the Jargon
Turn what you found in the panel into calm, plain words a homeowner trusts — so they approve the work instead of getting a second opinion.
Homeowners don't buy 'the fix.' They buy understanding what's wrong.
- Translate the trade talk: 'double-tapped breaker' → 'two wires crammed where one belongs'
- Name the risk plainly, no fear-mongering: what could happen, how bad, how urgent
- Give the why: why it's worth doing now, not 'because code says so'
- Keep it short — three or four sentences they can repeat to their spouse
In practice
Whatever you found, feed it to AI and ask for a calm, honest, jargon-free explanation — what it is, the real risk, and why acting now makes sense. Understanding is what turns your diagnosis into an approved job.
The rest is free too — it just needs a seat.
